AutumnCore ("we", "our", or "us") develops and operates Bluetooth LED Strip Remote ("the App"), also displayed as LED Remote on mobile devices.

Bluetooth and Device Information

The App uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to discover, connect to, and control compatible LED controllers. Bluetooth device names, identifiers, connection states, and saved device preferences may be processed and stored locally to support these functions.

Analytics Information

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand App usage and improve the user experience. Depending on configuration and applicable privacy choices, information may include app interaction events, connection outcomes, app version, device characteristics, approximate geographic information, and app installation identifiers.

Crash and Diagnostic Information

We use Firebase Crashlytics to identify and resolve technical problems. This service may process crash reports, stack traces, operating system information, device model, app state, and installation identifiers.

App Configuration Information

Firebase Remote Config may process technical information, including installation identifiers, app and operating system versions, language, country code, and time zone, to deliver appropriate application configuration.

Purchase Information

If you make an in-app purchase, transaction and entitlement information may be processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and RevenueCat. This may include purchase history, transaction receipts or tokens, and an App User ID. We do not directly receive your full payment card details.

Support Communications

If you contact us, we may process your email address, message content, and any technical details you voluntarily provide to investigate and respond to your request.

3. Permissions and Bluetooth Access

The App requests Bluetooth-related permissions to discover and communicate with nearby compatible LED controllers. Permission requirements may vary depending on your operating system and device version.

Bluetooth scanning is used for device discovery and control, not to track your physical movements. Third-party analytics services may independently process approximate geographic information as described above.

Analytics, diagnostic, configuration, and purchase-related information is retained as needed for the purposes described in this policy, subject to applicable provider retention settings and legal obligations.

You may contact us to request access to or deletion of personal information associated with you. We will evaluate and process requests in accordance with applicable law and the technical ability to identify the relevant data.
